Day 23 - Civilised Sunday

Well woke up relatively early as it was too hot, did some washing, wrote my blog, listened to a cool new band (new to me) called Dark Captain Light Captain. Then Sweet little Hijee walked through the door with some breakfast and coffee, She said she was gonna bring some eggs and bacon but apparently couldn't find much in the classic form of egg and bacon breakfast and could only find an egg and bacon salad, so bit of odd breakfast but still very nice and too cute a site seeing her come through the door. She did say the night before she has to read her Sherlock Holmes for her bookclub, so I did my blog for a bit and she read her book and listened to some tunage. We spent the day just chilling at my flat watching comedies and we watched the Last Waltz concert with the Band. Which she loved. We also planned to meet my Belgian friend Flow and his girlfriend for dinner. I said to Hijee, "Have you found anywhere nice for dinner yet." She said "I found a number of places but you weren't listening to me!"
"err what?"
An hour later "Have you found anywhere nice for dinner yet?" hahaha
She had found a nice place anyways, we went down to Hapjeong to meet Flow and Jiyoung, Flow's been here for 6 months as he is studying Korean, but amazingly he met Jiyoung on the aeroplane from London, so she was actually the first Korean he ever met, and they sat next to one another on the plane. Anyways we went for a nice pre-dinner drink on a terraced bar, then we went to a lovely Italian restaurant (wooah I think thats the first time I've ever spelt restaurant correctly!! Hope it wasn't an accident!) we had a set meal for 4 and it was four courses of really nice food and plenty of it, good choice in restaurant (yes did it again!) Hijee. Afterwards we went for a beer at Castle Praha, and had some jokes and laughs. Then Flow and Jiyoung went home and Hijee and I accidentally found a really nice home brewing pub called Beer Bazaar, ( I think I had seen it before but was put off by the name!) with a nice balcony, the beer was very good and reasonably priced. A lovely civilised Sunday!
